The Cyber Corps Association is a non-profit organization that supports people who are serving or have served honorably in the U.S. Government's Federal Cyber Service through the Scholarship For Service (SFS) Program and the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Scholarship Program (IASP). Participants in both these groups make up what is generally referred to as the Cyber Corps.

During the course of registering to become a legally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, it was necessary to make certain changes to the Association’s Bylaws.
